I am American born and am bringing the flavours of my childhood to the public to enjoy. My unique and flavoursome recipes will delight your guests and provide a spread that you won’t forget. Taste and aesthetic married together with kitsch, quirk, and fabulosity.

We are currently doing extensive R&D on creating vegan menus but currently we have menus that just have a selection of a few vegan items in them.
